Get on Top
About This Game
Get On Top is a fast and funny 2 player physics wrestling game where the main goal is simple: force your opponent’s head to touch the ground before yours does. Even though the controls are easy to learn, every round can turn into a chaotic balance battle full of sudden flips, clever movement, and unexpected wins.
The game is built around local competition, so it becomes much more fun when played against a friend on the same keyboard. Each match feels tense because both players are connected, and one wrong move can instantly change the result. If you enjoy simple games that create intense rivalries, Get On Top is one of those classic titles that can keep players laughing and competing for rematches.
Unlike complicated fighting games with long combos and special moves, Get On Top focuses purely on timing, balance, and reaction speed. That is exactly what gives it its charm. You do not need a long tutorial to start playing, but mastering the movement and learning how to control momentum takes real practice.

Core Gameplay & Objective
You and your opponent control floppy, ragdoll-like characters. The sole goal is to force your rival's head to touch the ground (or floor) while keeping your own head up. The first player to score 11 points wins the match.
How do I actually “get on top” and win consistently?
- Stay low and stable early: Crouch or lean to keep your center of gravity low and avoid easy flips.
- Use momentum against your opponent: Push or jump into them at the right angle to knock them off-balance. Timing a jump + lean can launch them sideways.
- Exploit the physics: The characters are very “floppy.” Quick direction changes create spins or unexpected grapples. Many wins come from forcing the opponent into a tumble they can’t recover from.
- Defensive countering: When the opponent jumps or leans aggressively, meet them with a well-timed crouch or opposite lean to redirect their force.
- Practice short sessions: Muscle memory for the awkward controls develops fast. Top players focus on controlling their own body’s rotation rather than chasing the opponent.
